  1. It's not as if they've written anything that isn't true. If he scores the goal that wins the league I personally couldn't give a fuck what his past is, its not as if he's killed anyone. He's here with a point to prove and, from the way he's talking, a longer term contract to win so basically if he wins it, he's doing well and thats what we need. Screw what anyone outside Rangers thinks, they don't matter.
  2. He should have paid us back the wages he basically robbed. If he can go to Dundee United and spend a season there and not be injured, then he's clearly taking the piss. What's the betting wherever he goes he suddenly makes a miraculous recovery from his latest 'injury' and plays the rest of the season. We're far too easy on players, he should have been sacked not paid off. Either way, good riddance to him. I doubt there has ever been another Rangers 'player' that I've ever been so happy to see the back of.
  3. If we werent playing in this, it would probably be friendlies against the Faroes or San Marino anyway. But if its not an official fifa sanctioned tournament, I wonder that the situation is with refusing players for these games?
  4. I would rather be playing dire, turgid, frustrating football that makes you want rip your hair out - and win things, than play beautiful one touch passing football and winning nothing. Of course, ideally I'd have the second style of play and winning, but you don't always get what you want and I take winning over great football any day of the week.
  5. Yeah I've searched for it fruitlessly as well One of the best goals I've ever seen.
  6. Yes we are poor, but an Old Firm match should and will take care if itself. Its against the other teams I'd be more worried about as we just dont seem to have that extra edge.
  7. Definately doesn't look like him and Jelavic can anywhere near play together thats for sure.
  8. Yes they bloody are, saying we should just give the scum the cup now is the most stupid thing I've ever read on here, and thats saying something.
  9. Bobby Russell against Eindhoven. Nisbet against Bruges as well, he meant that!
  10. Dire performance again, but we WON. Would much rather play shite and win than play brilliant and lose. Some of the comments on here are just ridiculous.
  11. Sue Barker 'And if you were just tuning in to watch the tennis... forget it' Eight sets without a win for Murray in Grand Slam Finals.
  12. From what I could see both players put their heads together, but somehow wankstain Burley only think Jela should be sent off? Fucking biased prick.
  13. And yet managed to play a virtual whole season in Dundee? Thats the amazing thing.
  14. I love Novo to bits and will always be grateful for the memories and especially the penalty against Fiore but it would be tragic mistake I think to bring him back. He could prove us all wrong of course, which would be great.
  15. They are without doubt the worst celtc team I've seen since at least the John Barnes day. Against us, they were utterly shite and only won because on the day we were at least as bad and gave away a totally stupid goal. They are an abortion of a team, and if there were any other sides in the SPL who had even a half decent squad then they wouldn't be anywhere near top. IF they win the SPL, and thats still a big if, then it shows just how utterly dire Scottish football has become.
  16. I would expect it's 4 domestic loans (or less?) but as has been said, Hearts virtually had the whole of Lithuania on loan at one point did they not? So there might not even be a limit for foreign loans.
  17. If they really feel all the decisions are deliberately biased against them, why don't they just withdraw from the league and give us all a break.
  18. Midweek wins in mid January are often what decide titles. Far from impressive, but wins a win.
  19. The Cooper goal at least shows a bit of skill in the build up, flair, cheekiness and utter brilliance. Anyone can connect with a ball outside the area and once in a blue moon it will hit the back of the net, there are few players who can play keepy uppy past an entire defence and finish it off. Second to that would be Bobby Russells goal against Eindhoven but I've never come across a clip of it.
  20. Cooper was by his own admission a lazy player who hated training, and in all honesty I don't think years under John Grieg really helped he needed someone to push him and perhaps never got that. Even so, and even if he hadn't died, he would was at the time and still would be my favourite player from the era. Perhaps he wasn't on his game as often as we'd have liked, but he was without doubt an outstandingly talented player. If Cooper had been Brazilian he'd have been a lot more lauded, his number of caps was shockingly low. You could argue the James Dean syndrome and perhaps thats true to a degree, but then again who remembers Bobby McKean? Before Cooper, it was possibly John Greig and in the last decade, I really don't know that anyone has filled me with the same excitement. Football has changed a lot, and not for the better. But it's kind of hard to single out players, because we've had so many great ones. Ian Durrant indeed would, still was to a degree, a fabulous player for instance and McCoist may not have been the most skilful, but he certainly knew where the goal was. As did DJ before he became a lazy fat bastard.
  21. Here's a thought. If celtc really believe they are so harshly cheated in Scottish football, why don't they resign from the league and then take their amazing evidence from the past 100 odd years to FIFA? See cos if you really felt that strongly and had the evidence to back it up, you would wouldn't you. Indeed, why don't the SFA actually say to them, ok put, shut up, or get out.
  22. Like what? The Hamilton goal fair enough you could argue it was offside, can't think of anything else that was crazy except the two Hamilton red cards which pretty harsh. But as Lemon says, in those situations you just have to give the benefit of the doubt. Of course, when he sent off the tim he was cheating
  23. I'm surprised he isn't demanding a ten goal start. Guys a total fanny who completely lacks any objectivity at all. Long may it continue - and it will - because until they have a manager who can actually manage they will never win anything of importance. Of course, they can sit in with Lemon and lick their wounds claiming injustice and that in a proper world they would never ever get beaten. They enjoy the chip in the shoulder world is against us because it helps them cover up how shite their team of a million players is, and other dark and nasty things that happen to them in the night when the priest visits.
