You seem to have some kind of God complex. From taking credit for the idea, to urging people to get behind it. I reckon that you honestly believe that the majority of Rangers fans are clueless and incapable of thinking for themselves. There has been widespread talk of such an idea being put in place for a while in here and we can all make up our own minds on whether or not we should be backing the idea.
I would've thought that we were already bound to the Ticketus deal since the bulk of the Ticketus money appears to have been used to clear the Lloyds debt.
Also, I think it's fair to say that he was probably there to assist the administrators in any queries they had over matters that King had a part in. I wouldn't necessarily read too much into it.
My link QPR could be set to gazump London rivals West Ham in the chase for Rangers hitman Nikica Jelavic. Record Sport understands the Loftus Road outfit are to step up their interest in the Croatia striker after new boss Mark Hughes identified his January transfer targets. Jelavic had been on the radar of QPR's former boss Neil Warnock who was sacked last week. And now Hughes is ready to pick up where his predecessor left off. Jelavic and his advisers are aware of Hughes' interest and the player has made it clear he would prefer a move straight to the Premier League rather than chance his luck with a promotion chasing Championship side. QPR know they need to come in with an offer in excess of £7million to bring Ibrox owner Craig Whyte to the table - but that figure has not frightened them off. Rangers boss Ally McCoist is desperate to hang on to Jelavic and made it clear neither West Ham manager Sam Allardyce nor Hughes will land the player on the cheap. Informal talks have been held with West Ham but responding to reports they had tabled a £6m bid, McCoist said: "There haven't been any offers for him. "I know Sam Allardyce well. If there was any real interest then Sam and I would be talking. "I can certainly say Craig feels the £6m mentioned in a newspaper was well short." Meanwhile, reports from England suggest 30-year-old Norwich striker Grant Holt is the man Rangers would want to replace Jelavic if he goes. But the Premiership shock troops have said he's not for sale.
Both lads conceded that it wasn't Rangers' fault as that week was the only one that they were allowed to come over. It's not Rangers' fault that we had games lined up for that. It wasn't ideal obviously, but it was what it was.
I really don't think 6-7 million would buy someone as good as Jelavic, especially on the wages that we're paying him. I reckon it's doubtful that even half of that will go towards a replacement anyway.
Why speak in certainties? You know nothing. By all means have an opinion, but when you start telling people what will and won't happen, you look like a dick. You've done so plenty of times, you should try to learn from your mistakes.
A lot of positions have already been bought. To play right back will set you back £425 though! Imagine paying that to play RB when Whittaker gets PAID almost 59 x that amount a week to play!
