The old, early days of the sport used to be far more brutal than it ever gets today. Lot of rule changes over the years. One that always springs to mind is the banning of "soccer kicks" to grounded opponents

He won the title at 145 a long time ago ( 5 months at least I think). He should have defended it by now, but they are letting him basically pick his fights, this is leading to resentment in the locker rooms.
He must fight for the belt within a year of winning it IIRC, so if he wont drop back and fight at 145, he should be stripped of the belt.

England have no chance of winning a major tournament, they are just simply not good enough against the bigger teams, they are capable of beating everyone in the shitty qualifiers but nowhere near the level they need to be
Scotland are generations from getting to a major tournament and I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't qualify for any in my lifetime
