  1. He wasnt at all terrible today he had one major fuck up for their goal but other than that he looked good.

It was definetley bad man management from Gerrard to hook him at half time (unless he had an injury), sure McAuley needed game time but anyone denying that usually sub shy Gerrard hooking him at half time will probably fuck him even more mentally is deluded.

Had a couple of cracking games and was wrongly dropped imo.

Failed to pick up from where he left off, same could be said of Katic.

It’s hard to pick up where you left off when all you get is 5 minutes or less at a time to make an impact.

  3. The HTC definetley needs a bit of an upgrade.

People call it state of the art, which it was when it was built but that was 17 years ago but now it’s way behind the top clubs in Europe. So it’s good to see money being spent on it.

We just need similar upgrades at Ibrox, not extra seats which are a pipe dream for the foreseeable future with our current financial situation.

Worrall is a better centre half than Katic full stop..

Fuck knows what Katic tries pinging those balls forward, has he ever completed one?

His petulance once being subbed off was disgusting.

    Shut the fuck up

  5. Dorrans hasn’t been a quality player for years now.

Some players come into their prime in their early 30’s but that ain’t Dorrans injuries have finished him. Even when he got himself fit for us he just looked wank (that one bit of play against Villarreal aside) and nowhere near the player of his youth.

I love how people see games differently,  I thought coulibally done well but certainly is nowhere near the level he produced against Maribor....big Ejiara will never change....for every stupid thing he does he produces a bit of magic....if he were to find a more consistent performance he could be some player for us.

Prior to his injury Coulibaly was first to every ball and once he was on the ball he actually looked great on it just a big bag of energy Kante style.

At the moment he looks sluggish and nervous on the ball without that same drive he had, he wasn’t terrible tonight but if you compare it to the incredibly high standard he set earlier in the season it’s poor.

  7. No chance that was he great tonight he rarely took on his man and his crossing was awful but one thing you can always say about him is that he will always graft and give 100% no matter what, He’s also very good at defensively aswell. He isn’t technically bad either he’s probably just slowing down due to age.

Thought Coulibaly had a fantastic game tonight tbh. Looks exactly what we signed before his injury

No chance he was outstanding before injury tonight he was the worst Rangers player on the park (still not terrible though)

Said it in another thread, these teams aren’t as good as their name and pedigree suggests.

With two home games now I reckon we should be looking at 6pts and at an absolute minimum 4pts!

If we are going by names and pedigree then Rangers are easily the biggest club in the group.

Pedigre and club size means very little in terms of being the better team these days.

Ejaria a skilfull player but he would be a better player if he kept it simple and not try to show he's the best player on the park all the time has an abundance of talent but showboats at times when he's beat a man rather than hit the killer pass.

Kent works his arse off and keeps going even when it doesn't come off for him.

Will be hard for these players if they do go back to their parent clubs after playing for Rangers.

Keeping it simple doesn't win games, attacking midfielders who just keep it simple don't ever make it to a high level in the game.

Ejaria is a creative attacking player this involves taking risks in order to gain rewards. To often Scottish coaches (and indeed fans) want our players to play the simple sideways pass but the truth is when a team is full of players taking the easy option the team becomes mediocre, the skill and creativity is being coached out of players.

He doesn't. As much as I love the wee man he isn't up to 90 minutes at this pro level yet

    Great sub though, eh?

    Eh?

How the fuck do you come to that conclusion he was our best player tonight against a La Liga side despite being on the pitch for only 20 minutes.

He is regularly our best player when coming on from the bench, how can you confidently say “he’s not ready”.

Forget the fact he’s 18 if he was putting in the same performances from the bench but was 23 would you be saying the same thing? No would you fuck.

The fact remains he was far more pace and skill than any of our other wingers (Candeias, Murphy & Kent) and as a result he should be starting, well at least get a few starts to prove himself he’s more than earned that.

Easy to look good against absolute shite. He hasn’t played a good team yet so I think folk need to calm it

He should continue to get opportunities to play over the next few weeks and if he continues to impress then I’m sure Gerrard will give him a start

    Happy now ?
