So what is the rule with regards to kicking out? ive seen elbows not getting looked at and also another flicked out left boot from brown vs accies. So what exactly are the rules regarding assaults?? Cos that is what an elbow or a kick would be in court of law.

Sky are a complete disgrace.. charge obscene amounts and the bulk of it goes to the epl. There should be a channel dedicated to spfl and show the games there. i honestly can’t watch a game that doesn’t involve Rangers so surely they’d get more subscribers if they tailored channels to suit. I mean fuck watching Bournemouth vs Brighton- I can’t even watch Liverpool vs Man Utd either. It’s too boring

When we lose the midfield battle which is every game vs Them then we have to go long. what I noticed most though in other games is that we can be too predictable by constantly going down the wings. We lack the intelligence in the middle to play those through balls. Mind you we slso lack a striker that can stay onside!! in any case I just want 3 points every game

There’s a good chance we aren’t winning the league this year.. it might even take a further season!! Building a championship winning side won’t happen over night especially given the winning mentality that lot currently have. Which means we have to start taking points off of them and winning at least 1 tournament. theres no doubt that the European qualifiers have slightly hindered our domestic game but beating the tims at park head is always a hard task even when we had advocaats team I think we only managed 1 victory. hearts will fade off and hopefully after the international break we can go on a good 9-10 game winning streak

We sat back like a team from the second division in a cup game hoping for a replay. I honestly can’t see the light at the end of tunnel. I know it’s “only football” but this run they are on against us shows no sign of ending. We haven’t even come close to beating them for years and that’s the most hurtful thing. they sign basically no one and are still head and shoulders above us. The only positive is we lost by a single goal. Coulibaly was and has been a big miss for us and hopefully this grezda lives up to the hype or it could be another long season for us.

Well we’ve had 4 wins and 4 draws so far from 8. I’d say 8 points could get us a 2nd place finish. I think Villarreal are nailed on group winners and the Home form of us and the other 2 will see who gets 2nd. couldve been worse

It must be impossible to sit in amongst taigs and not celebrate a goal by us. I don’t see how being in one competition will affect us in the other. While we seem to have make strides forward since last year it’s still too early to tell. We’ve navigated the qualifying rounds well so far but going forwards we still lack a spark. We don’t have a midfielder like rogic who will get goals. win away at ufa and I think Sunday will take care of itself but in all honesty I’m expecting nothing from Sunday’s game.

We don’t know the ins and outs of Rodgers and lawwel relationship but if it’s a strong one then you’d expect 3-4 good signings between now and September. weve been in that situation before under smith. Could by some distance be the best since Walter- let’s look, McCoist- took a title winning team and had us massively relying on Naismith then the stupid injury knackered us. And murty and mcdowell as interims/caretakers we’re just panic appointments as the boards at the time never had any plan in place. From drawing at Peterhead to losing a challenge cup final and semi final to beating celtic on penalties and losing to hibs in the final to being thrashed away at hearts, hammered Home and away by celtic in consecutive seasons then I’d say Gerrard has to be better than any “manager” since the summer 2011

They may not have laudrup or Gazza but we don’t even have a Scott Sinclair or a tom rogic- players that in the bigger games for them can actually make a difference. I wouldn’t even say we have a dembele who doesn’t even need half as many chances as Morelos to score. in the games vs them out midfield can’t even get the ball from Callum mcgregor so while they don’t have talents like we had we still don’t have talents like they currently have. That’s how poor our squad is

I always think that all players would’ve seen the 9 in a row team or advocaats team. Even the treble winning side of 03 was quite good! but I guess it shows my age that jelavic probably wouldn’t make it into my list of atleast 50 players I’ve seen for us either in person or tv.

Take mulumbu out that team and there’s one big gaping hole. Granted it’s beca of Clarke that he’s there but it’s only short term until something better comes up. also look at Clarke’s beginning at wba and yeah it’s ok, not bad but as the seasons come and go it gets worse and worse. he would probably be another McCleish for us. Win a title and lose the next by a mile. If we are to return to our advocaat years or smiths 3 in a row then we need a winning manager and good initial out lay on first team squad. that is the only way
