The guy has my backing for now. Gets the next 2 windows,but if things go bad then the time could be well on their way to 9iar. As a club we have to get this right and stop signing players hoping they’ll be good enough. We need 1st team players that are better quality than celtics players. Our record this last few years vs hibs has been quite bad and don’t even get started on our humiliating record vs the taigs. tavernier is the captain and if he’s showing psychological doubts for these 2 games then it will rub off on the rest. Nothing less than 6 points will be acceptable, we really need 2 victories for a number of reasons

The best purple patch in form I remember was in 09-10. We beat Dundee Utd 0-3 up at Tannadice in the rearranged game and 7-1 at ibrox with 10 men after kenny Miller was sent off, thrashed hibs at Easter rd 4-1 after ira stokes scored after 12 seconds or something and spider man was in attendance. So far all we’ve proved is were still big game bottle merchants. its time the squad stepped up if they want to be remembered as good winning Rangers team or just another set of players unfit to wear the jersey. Morelos is no doubt an asset to the team, He’s top goal scorer in Scotland. A lot of his goals he near enough creates himself and granted he misses his fair few but so does every striker in the world. The fact we drop points when he doesn’t score or play says more about the rest of the team. No one steps up and takes the lead in having shots or makes things happen. Look at candeias shot last night for example, he slows right down to take aim only for the hibs defenders to get in the way. its totally unfair to blame Morelos for last nights draw. He played really well and should’ve scored but Macauley should’ve stretched at the corner, tavernier should’ve tapped that cross home,grezda should’ve let the ball come across him and take it with his left. All these digs at Morelos when in fact we wouldn’t even be 1 point behind the tims without him is laughable. What he needs is another good goal scorer and creator in the side. Some of the service he got was honking to say the least.

Think we need to look past celtics ceo in all this political correctness.
