If paying some of the current mob off means not being able to sign someone else then so be it - too many are unfit to represent this club. Promote some of the younger players that are doing so well at youth levels - something which should have happened years ago anyway.
Remains to be seen whether Gerrard can cut it as a manager but the playing career he had and the way he conducts himself is the kind of person that should be around this club.

I don’t think he has discipline issues tbh a lot of it is just referees being cunts, got to wonder how he went from having no red cards in his career before joining to getting 4 in half a season with us.
edit: he actually had 3 red cards with Aberdeen in 250 games and has 4 with us in 21 games.

Sorry but as much as he was a hero of mine McCoist lost my respect as a coach when he was out singing Karaoke with the players after the Raith defeat. Most modern footballers try to live like athletes and unfortunately McCoist hasn't moved on. I'd much prefer to see him telling stories, making people laugh and be where he belongs, a guy that makes you laugh on the TV.
