How many teams voted to try and cripple us believing their own fans would make up the financial shortfall? So I would certainly welcome us doing this in the league to try and starve these teams of the so called blue pound. They may turn around and refuse to take tickets for their visits to Ibrox but we already have a solid home fan base, something these teams don't or at least not in the numbers that ourselves and the taigs do.
For Rangers as an entity to continue and challenge in Scottish football then something has to change and change soon or we will be left further and further behind the taigs.

However, special mention must go to The_Gub. Him, and his espanyolification, was bang on the money. 20 years on and nothing has changed, the filth are far more entrenched if anything.
The only way to lance this boil is to do one of following:
1. Refuse to take all away tickets for an entire season and ban any Rangers fan who circumvents the embargo.
2.Refuse to ratify any new TV deal unless we get control of our own TV rights and back up this threat by being prepared to hand in notice to the SFA.
anything less, than the above, will see us saunter along whilst the filth dominate.

He's spot on with the first paragraph.
Ok he references sutton in the second paragraph but again It's not an outlandish statement.
And he's not exactly wrong in the third paragraph is he? The taigs are still a long way ahead of us at the moment, hopefully Gerrard is the first step on the road to turning that around but let's not think It's going to be a stroll.
So maybe you don't like him or what he says, but he was a solid honest professional when he was here as a player and on that he deserves to be remembered as a Great Ranger.
