lifted from wikipedia: The 2012 council is controlled by a three-way Labour/Lib-Dem/Conservative coalition due to no single party having overall control.[7] The leader of the council remains Rhondda Geekie, but Labour councillor Una Walker is now the provost. The deputy leader and deputy provost are the Lib Dem councillor Ashay Ghai and the Conservative councillor Anne Jarvis could be anybody to blame for this except the SNP

i dont agree with your ICF views; but RESPECT for that outfit (the Sergio one); i burst out laughing, thanks for sharing.

This. Like it or not, Ally is being paid a top SPL manager's salary because he TUPED over, like Alexander and Jig. If he had been employed after last summer he would be on nothing like that.

Ally Says Godsend To Have Walter On The Board
redwhiteandgreen replied to Edmiston Drive's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
thats embarrasing; Ally is sounding like a teenager girl over her latest music idol. -

How come we never play the big Belfast club?

i used to watch crusaders when they were sponsered by some ladies underwear company back in the early 2000's nice wee park and good team. -
IMO, Adams would be a big risk. Sure, he has done very well at County, maybe even SPL manager of the year well, but some clubs and managers are just a perfect fit and Adams / County seem that way. Take him out of Dingwall to a much larger club with a different dynamic and a different set of expectations and he may struggle; it would be a gamble. If we get rid of Ally, i would like a more experienced non-Scottish manager to come in.

The truth gets hammered home

since you aske politely i will answer politely; as you say there was already a redwhiteandblue, so, as i appreciate what Mr Green did in the summer to help us, i thought it would be nice to send a little nod his direction hence redwhiteandgreen; no sinister connitations. -

dont agree; the national side were rubbish before last summer and they will be rubbish after we are back. -
i agree; i think Ally should resign at the end of the season. he can go with dignity and all our thanks for winning the league and give another manager the summer and pre season to get what they can out of the current squad.
-
i actually quite like the proposed plan. Yes they should not try to have it in place for next season, there should be a season where everybody knows what they are playing for, but i like the idea of an 8-8-8 split; it will give more interesting games and resetting points to zero for the middle 8 is OK, it applies to all 8 teams so is fair. the 10+5 points is a bit weird and needs further thought but the opening of the league to other teams is the real carrot; hopefully we get rid of some teams who play in front of men and a dog in wrecked old stadia.

would love Linlithgow Rose as i grew up around there but no chance that they will want to become part of the league system. other than that Cove Rangers and Spartans are probably the favourites. not sure if i want Spartans though; i seem to remeber there was some discussion over them taking our place if our licence was not given ?
-
not quite true; we are only getting the bear minimum information here.

its OK, i don't get upset when people have different opinions to me; i also think your right; older supporters are part of our heritage, but, as the original poster i commented on said; he feels the club is moving away from him and his type. I agree with this and am happy to follow the club away. its sad on the supporters who see the ground moving but its a modern world and some of our heritage should be laid to rest.

you do remember that the owner is a certain Mr Green ? or are you trying to wind me up
