Its time for us to take 1872 back, get the all ST holders and RSC's as members and give them a vote. Then you worry about convincing them to make monthly payments once they see 1872 is truly independent and working for them and not the board of RIFC. 
For to long it's been about the money and fuck anything else. 

Just finished my first 9 holes of golf in over two years since my spinal surgery.
Interesting is how I would describe it. 3 pars, countless shanks but my chipping n putting was tremendous.
Before the surgery I was playing off 1 and know I'm a million miles from that but just great to be hitting balls again. 
Just need to work on the timing part n it will come a think.

I would have needed harder footwear during the first half if I had been near enough to some of our players. 
But now I am home and seen a better second half I must say they are great looking 'smucks' indeed. 
I could not get any good pictures on my phone when Joshua came out (pushed by Lee Wallace ) but I am sure Rangers will have taken plenty. I did take a couple before they went in but GB wants to sort them before putting them up.

The unsuccessful 800 on the cccs from the earlier semi final will get priority
Approx  10% got to players hospitality etc etc
Supporter buses will get 10% too of total allocation divided out as always 
Every member who has bought a ticket for every cup tie this season will go into the ballot - pretty much everyone who has this qualification should get a ticket, the scraps (if any) cccs members who lapsed on one game will go into another ballot 
 

The only thing I'd disagree with there mate is, if EH were to be used in such a way, it should go out to tender, or people should be interviewed for positions.
I'd rather see the club renovate it, then employ suitably qualified staff to run it.
That way ALL profits go to the club.
I honestly don't give a fuck about people making a living off the club. Unless they're doing it off their own backs.

I've never been involved in fans groups and are extremely unlikely to ever do so, mainly because of rats like Houston.
Only even been involved in any of these things for personal gain. The sooner he is out of the club, the better.

I don't understand all this fan group stuff. I've never been part of one and never will. 
If we've learned anything surely it's that where money and rangers are concerned nobody is to be trusted. Pay for your ticket, your shirt if you're into that sort of thing, your rising stars, programme, pie, whatever. Enjoy the games, enjoy supporting the club but don't for gods sake get involved with these shysters who use OUR club to make themselves feel important and apparently to make a few quid here and there.
Back in the day the only "fans group" anyone needed to be part of was a RSC for buses to games. You turned up paid your bus, few quid for the driver and that was that. Different times...

You were conned mate, there's no shame in that. 
The thing for me is, everyone who sees what has gone on here and continues to pay is supporting the organisation. The organisation currently consists of people who have full knowledge of the facts surrounding this and haven't resigned, which 3 principled people did. 
I'm on record with the reasons I didn't join RF or C1872 (although I was fully involved in RM donating a large sum to RF). I could see what was coming, as could many others. That's not bragging, though, I was as conned by anyone by Craig Whyte among others.
All we can do is examine our conscience with the info we have. If you look at the situation and decide what you want to do is continue donating, that's your choice. Nobody else puts bread on your table, nobody can tell you what to do with your money. Make your own mind up, and do what you think is right

D'art you're probably the best Rangers blogger we have. You were the one that gave a lot of us hope. With you gone I'm glad I didn't restart my contributions. I've seen how hard on here you've tried to be positive about c1872 and your hopes for it to work. So I can only imagine how hard you worked in your official role.

From the moment Rangers First was seized, I have struggled to in anyway recognise Club 1872 as an independent supporters group. They appear to be simply a more polished and sophisticated version of SOS.  Like many others I am sorry to hear D'Art has resigned- but at the same time not at all surprised. But D'Art is to be thanked for his endeavours.

D'art is as good a Rangers man as you could ever hope to have representing the fans.  If he's walked it's bad news.

Well you know the direction the board puppets are going in if D'Art has gone. 

Yet an other good wee night of fundraising for Joshua £400 in the Joshua pot was a lovely night and Andrew the guy that organised it is disabled him self and is trying to do more to help out. Hat off to the guy he has been fantastic. 

I genuinely hope he is the nut job he's being made out to be.
Nothing would make me happier than for the team to start performing and there to be a fear of failure put back into the dressing room. 

What the fuck is the rush. it's a major move coming from Qatar. you're not just down the road ffs. plus he shouldn't be taking the team until after the filth game. 

If we are choosing the assistant I hope Pedro gets to meet them, have a discussion and form his opinion with the final say on it. McCann could be decent, Ferguson I think would turn on the manager if he didn't like what he was doing. It has to be someone on Pedro's wavelength. 
How about someone like Numan? Dutch B coach, Rangers experience, still lives here, respected.
