Grace, a sorrowful but soaring Irish republican ballad, features on the album after the 73-year-old heard it sung by celtic fans.
But he accepts it might be seen as a “controversial” choice.
“It’s not really an IRA song and was written in the Eighties,” he explains.

Copland bear reacted to Vision in Player's training on their day off
GARY McALLISTER has revealed Steven Gerrard’s success-hungry Rangers stars sacrificed their only day off to report for extra training.

Boss Gerrard told his players to put their feet up on Monday after the 5-1 rout of St Johnstone.

But the management team were stunned when virtually the entire squad turned up at the club’s Hummel Training centre instead.

And McAllister insists it underlines their desire to end Gers’ long wait for a major domestic trophy.

The Rangers No 2 revealed: “There have been a lot of changes at the training ground with the first-team dressing room revamped and the eating area raised loads of levels.

“You want to create an environment where players want to come in, even on their day off.

“They come here and get probably the nicest food in Glasgow and that’s not being disrespectful to the restaurants in the city.

“They can come and have a coffee and a chat and there are always people here.

“There are physios and masseurs and it’s about creating that environment where they want to spend time here rather than come in early, train and then go home.

“It says a lot about the players’ determination to succeed that they are willing to sacrifice days off but also to all the staff who are providing the right sort of information for players who just want to be sponges

“We all want to get better at every level at this club.

“I’ve been at clubs where, on a day off, people have no intention of going near the place until they’re asked to go back in.

“When you’ve got a group of players showing that sort of dedication and willingness to get better it’s got to be good.

“We’re dictated quite a lot by sports science, which is such a big thing in the modern game. And, as a result of that, we’re having to pull them off the training ground at times.

“We’ve got a lot of games. They keep coming thick and fast but that’s why we went through four qualifying rounds of the Europa League to play against the likes of Villarreal and we’ve got Rapid Vienna coming up soon.

“We need the squad because we are playing games, recovering, playing games. The guys have been brilliant, the players have been amazing.”

Sounds as if the player's have the hunger and desire to hopefully win something this season.
    Eye of the tiger.

Yes I never doubted it,  put £125 on us early July at 12/1, I'm not a gambler but even I could see that they were crazy odds.

I just pointed out a fact that our last league was won with only 4 points against the taigs.  Key I should have highlighted was that all points came at home that year
For me to win the title we need to win every game heading into that old firm in December and avoid dropping silly points like last year. I really believe the taigs will drop more points in between as well.
If we play like we have at home so far under Gerrard with aggressive attacking football, I think we'll bring this run of theirs to a crashing halt.

That was one game after playing with 9 men in a game worth more than the rest of the season money wise.    We will gift them nowt when the come to Ibrox on  Dec 29th.
Give the team some bloody credit as they have came a very long way in such a shory time and Saturday was the best I have saw yet by a country mile and especially after midweek in Spain as Sj Johnstone were never in it

Numan  was a far better left back than Robertson, Robertson was good quick and could put in a tackle but Numan just oozes quality in everything he did.
Robertson's second touch was a tackle ffs  ?. But I liked him as he was good and did his job and rarely let the team down and was a steal from Aberdeen .
And bandy legs as much as we hated him was a good keeper in his day with the sheep.   He won everything he could with them and moved to Man Utd in a very difficult period in their history and Sir Alex was lucky he was given the time as he could easily have went with him.

Dan that was one of his best displays ever in a Rangers jersey, his little flicks where something else, his goal was an absolute peach and he almost had another,  he was unselfish as this can be one of his main faults and played for the team.
On that sort of form and at his age he is starting to show his true poteteional under a real manager.

No I was 2 years out look above ?, Tav is good st going forward and his defending is getting better, his final ball needs to improve and he needs to ne more vocal as a captain, but for £200k?   He was a bargain especially when we saw Herrera and Pena costing £3m between them.
He is not a loser as I said previously we did not have 1 never mind 2 centre halfs in all the years we came through the leagues, now we have a lot more solid feel about us and I still feel we need a top midfielder who can put his foot on the ball.
I did not expect the Europa league, but I do think we have a very good chance of winning the league with his team and I do think we will beat them on Dec 29th but we can't drop silly points here and there and must turn draws into wins.
Like you all I want is to win 55 and I hope it is Tav that lifts it now as he's the captain, he's no Richard Gough or Barry Ferguson, but he knows the drill now with someone like McGregor back in the team.
