He's not done bad but for a little extra money we could have a great defender in Tonel rather than someone who's 'done alright'. I'd rather get rid of deadwood and use the money to buy someone who is both good in that position as well as experienced.

I know Smith can be the worst person going to give youth a chance but he said he wanted to give Fleck a chance this season and began to do so before his injury. Whereas he may not be giving the other youngsters a chance, I think Fleck stands out to a point where he has no coice but to give him a chance.

Why are they always brought into every single issue Do you not realise the Rangers mangement love to see us occupied by paying attention to them I'm just sayin I'm glad Rangers HAVE played it sensible when it has come down to payign wages over the past few years otherwise we would have been in a lot worse of a position than we are, and nobody wants to see that. Both Rangers and Celtic can't afford to spend those kind of sums on wages so I'm glad we're the smarter team by refusing to. Do you actually think its for the benefit of the paying customer us the fans I know its hard to see it that way right now but yeah in the long run it will be. Obviously we all wanna see top stars and exciting football at Ibrox but at the same time we don't wanna see our club go to financial ruins. Hopefully the Ibrox redevolpment scheme and increased attendances can bring some much needed money into our squad (if it ever happens)

It's definitely the way forward mate, Walter Smith must be the only guy going who can't see how good some of our youngsters are.
