  1. That's very true Bud, seems it's no longer the case, as they are all heading down to Kilmarnock now.
  2. If our squad can reach and maintain just half the level of consistency on the field, that our manager has attained towards the press since his arrival, we will be well on our way back to the top position in Scottish football.
  3. I can remember when we signed Eric Sorensen then Kai Johansen who were from Greenock Morton, the latter especially became a firm favourite, and is a legend today. Later on Sorensen also ran a pub In Greenock, and it was frequented by many Bears at the time from all over the Inverclyde region, plus all the Bears from Glasgow who worked in the yards. Morton were also known as the "Wee Rangers" for a while, because of the amount of players interchanged between the clubs over many years, and they always had a very high regard for The Rangers and their support. This area of Cappielow is historically known as the wee Dublin end simply because it was where the immigrants were housed before, and is an area where the away fans are placed today. Same as the Broomloan at Ibrox was always called the Celtic end as they were put there at old firm games. As for what people think of places where other Rangers supporters live, and to run these areas down and call them shitholes, is simply ridiculous. I can only assume that they all live in areas that are completely taig free, and live in a utopia where the housing is so exclusive that it allows them the right to be superior to all other Rangers supporters. What a wonderful world that must be. Yet they allow us unworthy ones to be in the same stadium as them, aren't they just wonderful to also grant us the privilege of being able to stand shoulder to shoulder with these immortal beings ........... Fuck Off.
  4. Cheers OP, good wee read that from Harry.
  5. Yes mate, I'll agree with you there, but it is quite understandable when you look at the caliber of played he played with while at our Club, and to be outstanding at times, says so much about him. It's a good OP, and the thread has been a very positive.
  6. Hi Jason ........ How do you like the system that is bringing so much success to the team this season? Hi Mark ......... Can you tell us how you have managed to turn things round in such a short time? Hi Both .......... Why are you both so good? OK the last question was from Jim White. My "readers" would (genuinely) like to know how and why the team has managed to turn from night to day, to be a team that everyone enjoys watching, without trying to trip up the person being interviewed, which most of the hack pack try to do. Attempt to ask positive and relevant questions pertaining to football, rather than follow a biased editor's bigoted agenda, this being the reason I would never be in journalism in this country. What would be your line of questioning?
  7. No matter how many times you see Ibrox, these aerial shots just burst out at you, as they show the stadium at it's regal best. Great clip LW, Cheers mate.
  8. Nice one Bud, now you can tell your children and grandchildren that it is not a tattoo ...... it's a birthmark. Well done.
  9. Go back to your tattooist mate, and he will add on the instructions for a reduced price now, as you will be a repeat customer. Cheers
  10. If their combined brains were a potato crop they wouldn't have enough for a decent famine.
  11. Give It Up ...... KC and the Sunshine band.
  12. Absolutely mind numbing mate, they really are a joke.
  13. You're a disgrass You can go kiss my ass As I have been following Through think and thin And it didn't matter What Gaffer was in.
  14. Heard it's a run up to a tour of seminars for thick journos', culminating in a sellout double bill at both the 02 Arena and beamed back to Ibrox, all at a special request from the NUJ, to improve the standard of shit reporting. Source was the toilet cleaner at the DR, so spot on inside info mate. They just can't get enough ....... of The Rangers it seems. Or just as TGM said in post 14 ......... though I liked mine better.
  15. Agreed on both instances mate, and in both cases long may it continue.
  16. Exactly what we have been after for a long time Bud, and it is indeed magic.
  17. They keep trying to find a flaw, but the players are backing the manager's philosophy (positivity, one game at a time, high standards, attacking system, etc.), and as long as they do that in the PC's and especially on the park, it will give these clowns nothing to try and spin towards the negative ..... as hard as they may try. So well done young Jason Holt, you are yet another brick in the wall that repels the shite who call themselves sports writers.
  18. Ahhh! the memories that game gives are brilliant.
  19. Well said mate, It is always a pleasure when one of our own pulls on the famous Blue top, and even better when he shines in the role.
  20. I don't think it's hated mate, just that as it is not spoken or understood by the majority of Bears ( although I know that there are more Bluenose Gaels than people imagine) and when it comes to someone like Baxter it can be a bit irritating to follow the Gaelic commentary between the English spoken, no more than that mate. Still looking forward to it.
  21. If the two season ticket holders who missed the Livingston game are the two kilties in the photo next to the two pretty wee blondes, then all I can say is, thank you lads for taking not one, but two for the team, and how terrible it must have been for you both. Your bravery humbles us all. PS:- Is John Barrowman a Bluenose?
