Old Ibrox. 

When I see this photo mate . Its filled with sadness
It reminds me of the Ibrox disaster .
It reminds of the good old days for our famous and once proud club .
It also saddens me . that even after all these decades , we still haven't upgraded the old pools building

I would like to hope so but with Liewell and his cronies running the show it might not be in our lifetime.  As I said I have always followed Scotland , but as a previous person said on here about Iain Ferguson when he played for us    It goes back that long, when Souness started signing English players and the way they were booed by the anti England brigade at every ground they went too. Now those wee diddys have replaced the Rangers fans who were once the core of the support. .
It saddens me to turn my back on them but enough was enough in 2012 when the SFA did not give a fuck about a banned director taking over at Ibrox, the BTC was not our demise in 2012 it was the SFA's failure to do their £200k jobs properly.  Scotland even getting to the playoffs was a windfall for the SFA never mind qualifying so I'm glad to see them starved of revenue since they and others helped themselves to ours , while also fining us £50k for going into admin, The only team this has ever happened too also, then the illegal transfer embargo we overturned and the SFA had to pay our court costs , what happened ? We ended up paying there's and the ban stood , again ignoring the law of the land and making it up as they went along.   

Not only gave up,but battered us senseless and kicked us when we were down,even to the extent of rifling our pockets for prize money.
Fuck them.

When Warburton came in you look at initially how things were. He inherited a skeleton squad as many of the duds of mccoist’s reign had their contract expire. Pedro in contrast had 3 contracts expire (renewed 1) and 2 loanees returned to their parent club.
It was going to be a tall order to replace everyone in one go. Even if we had £30m to spend the upheaval would have been pretty destabilising. So he did what he could and kept on Miller and Wallace, signed Rangers fans in Jack and Dorrans and trusted individuals that he has worked with in the past then a few wildcards (Morelos, John and Nemane).
At the moment we are in a panic as the scum seem to have a chokehold on us and we want out of this as soon as possible which is why we expect managers to hit the ground running and if not then given their marching orders to start the rebuilding process all over again.
Now I’m not saying the manager deserves a huge amount of time to prove himself but at the same time we have to be mindful of the scale of the task.
So for instance losing to the scum last weekend. Sackable offence? Not in my mind. Had we lost by 4 or 5  again then I could understand a sacking.
Losing tonight. Sackable offence? Yes.
Failing to reach league cup final. Sackable offence? Yes, unless we have excelled in the league games surrounding this.
Failing to finish second. Sackable offence? Yes, I think we have what we need to justify being second.
many want him gone now and if we could be guaranteed someone that would do a good job then I’d say sack him but the trouble is there is risk with any potential appointment just in the same way there is risk sticking with the current manager.

Can anyone think of one other instance in the sporting world where a  sporting club has tried to destroy another politically simply because of inheritant hatred, jealousy and a huge chip on their shoulder ?  I am struggling to.
The cellic mindset literally beggars belief.

It sounds ridiculous but the league is gone already. Not just from this performance, but we won't score enough goals.

We're the laughing stock of Scottish football at the moment, you can only play with folks expectations for so long.
 

It's said that Pedro gets what being at Rangers is all about.
Does he get that regardless of who the champions are Rangers will always be the team they all want to beat and will always try harder against?
Yes the ref was a joke today but that hasn't stopped us in the past. We would of got at least a draw from that game with every Rangers team I've seen play bar those since 2013. I've said before that it's like the club has lost its winning mentality. 

Because we're Scottish football's bitch. 
You can attack our club, our players and our support with impunity from the authorities and worse still the club itself.

Of course he has - Ibrox seems to be where players come to die. Despite the pelters he constantly took on here, I always said he should have been given a better run to prove himself.

The most worrying thing is it appears these refs are doing their job properly season after season against us. 
And the board will just continue to accept the clear bias and try to build little bridges getting nowhere.

Always preferred the Umbro stuff. My first kit was the CR Smith kit and the training tops from the late 80's were great.

Need to get the retail situation sorted. You see green and grey tops all the time now but hardly ever any Rangers strips. It's like they own the west of Scotland. Creates the wrong impression and it's been going on for too long.

Physical has nearly always won the day in Scotland. We used to put the fear of God into them cunts in the 90's. Burns tarrier team played better football than us in 96 & 97, but they couldn't swim when they got pulled into deep water. We had great players, but don't kid yourself we were ruthless and the taigs would shrink when they came up against us in must win games.
Now we have a bunch of spineless wee boys who's balls haven't dropped.

That breaks my heart.We deserve better.

Unless with get a stroke of luck out of the blue whether it's investment or the players about to be brought in then we can expect this season to be the norm for years to come ?
