Is well respected as a good coach, and will have learned a lot from his time in charge of the first team. The fact he shouldn’t have been given the first team job isn’t his fault; and he gave it his best.

I hope what Pedro did is true, and hope that it was well received as the RO suggests. This is the one thing that is stopping us competing with celtic in anyway. Several games this season we have seen a lack of fight, or a nervousness, an attitude from the players that, something is going to go wrong and I don't want to be responsible for it. Take partick in the cup game, no Rangers team should ever sit back at 1 nil up and hope they ride it out, and the whole time Pedro was screaming for the players to press high and get in their face.if Pedro solves this issue you immediately get improved performances and are in a position to turn draws into wins and and losses into draws..which is what good teams do. I could not believe it when dorrans took of the armband. If I led out Rangers as captain, I would not remove that armband unless the gaffer told me to, why would you voluntary do that? It is mental and why is the manager defending Morelos if the British players haven't bonded with him they can at least respect we would be sitting about 9th without his goals and performances. Why is it the foreign players seem to have more passion than like of dorrans, tav, Wallace etc? They fight and try every game. If Pedro sorts this and the players see how serious and passionate he is, it can only be a good thing if they work harder for each other.

Disastrous thread. As he's said, the guy has a right to advance his career. I have no respect for the company he's chosen to work for , and won't be reading any of his work for them as such. That's my and everyone else's right. If it comes to the attention of the forum that The Dude appears to be towing the company line and ever attacked the club or fans in an article then that's a different story. 
In all honesty, i think more than a few in here should probably consider advancing their own careers and lives. If grown adults have the time on their hands to attack the guy for 33 pages then it's not him i'm worried about.

i really like the idea of Neil McCann, but dont think it would happen, Ferguson i can understand, but part of me does not see that ending well.

If you've got McLeish (for example) I'd imagine he'll want things done his way until the end of the season and assurances that if he does well enough he'll get it full time.
If we have Murty in place we can take our time and appoint a DoF first, who can start to implement whatever structure and staff we need to support a head coach appointment - helps us hit the ground running, rather than ripping up and starting again in the summer. 

Stuck on 3/4-0 waghorn to grab a few then be utter crap the next game in the league.   These games gave us a false impression last season and the pattern has been the same this year whenever faced with lower league opponents.

i've got this notion that one day my patience will be rewarded. So am I waiting on the gaffer learning the ropes at my club and the board putting in place a proper financial structure, that's a balance between enough to win a few things over time and yet not bankrupt us? 
is this what you require of us with regards to being patient?
So here's a couple of things: 
I've been to just about every home game under MW's tenure and watched every away game that's been on TV. 
so my patience has not been rewarded but tested because our Gaffer changes zero- nothing - ziltch. There is no evidence that he is tactically astute either before or during a game. 
An example: Subs are used to counter something on the park, take advantage of a weak point in the opposition, hold a lead or combat tiredness. 
MW uses a very outdated tactic when it comes to subs - that if we put on three fit players with half an hour to go FITNESS will win the day as the other team won't have our levels. It's a naive tactic used in amateur leagues. Have I to be patient because after a season and a half he will stop doing this?
the one thing we are is "predictable" and by being predictable we are fairly easy to understand and play against. Have I to be patient because he will eventually set us up to be unpredictable and put the opposition on the back foot?
or will my patience be rewarded when our youth system kicks in? The same youth who are 10th place with -4 goals and nearly twenty points off the leaders in the under 20's development league  
I'm therefore assuming that he is incapable or refuses to learn the game at our club.
Will my patience be rewarded when he changes his nature? Or surround himself with better coaches to learn from them or when he leaves?
