Just before half time he put the whistle to his lips to blow but hibs got the ball and he stopped. We won the ball back and he blew right away. The guy doesn't hide his blatant dislike for us. In saying that the referee did not cost us the game tonight. We did that all by ourselves.

It's a clear penalty. No excuses he had a clear view of it. 
Porteous tackle is a straight red for me. It's made worse as runs off smirking. Imagine the witch hunt if our player does that and gets away with it.

Our offer of sanctions came on the Wednesday after the game. The fact it’s now nearly Sunday suggests it’s not going to be mentioned. 
Thats the problem with var, I remember the first game in the English FA cup it was trialed, Chelsea v Norwich, Chelsea had a cleat penalty, ref handed it to panel they advised him no, the tv panel at half time all said it was definitely a pen and it was clear so it’s still down to somecunts discretion and not 100%. Fuck me the media in Scotland didn’t have a problem with stokes punching tav and throwing him by the throat to the floor so it’ll be the same cunts watching the video. Of course every ref makes mistakes, of course in the digital age of cameras at every conceivable angle highlights said mistakes more than ever, no one is questioning that, and it’s fair to say there are questionable decisions in just about every game. The point being made is that managers of 4 clubs question decions that we’re made over the last few days and all of a sudden there is a SFA summit to try and appease them, we make a ligitimate complaint after a bizarre wrongful sending off and were sanctioned for it. Are you not concerned by that ? Are we not right to highlight that or is this just another case of paranoia in your opinion? What will it take for you to see what everycunt else does or are you one that’s so blind you just refuse to see ?

I think the hibs game with Beaton  last season was the worst refereeing i have seen in 60 years watching Rangers and perhaps if the club had complained after that shocker then we MAY have got some even handed decisions before now? Up until that infamous game i always subscribed to the view that dodgy decisions did even themselves out over a season. But that was a turning point in the way i see it today. So its long overdue statement from the club i.m.o. i only ever recall Rangers making an official complaint about a referee once before & that must have been around 1970 when the ref refused to sent off yogi hughes against us at porkheid.
