I dont really blame Murty for this as he's out his depth but it was his call to take the Rangers job full time - who wouldn't though. Everything he says just seems the same every interview - its out a coaching manual & has no personal insight or interest. Thought he played really well tbh, a lot of good moves with nice touches. Was unfortunate not to connect with the ball well when he had his shots on goal but at least they were on target. Thought he was up & down the pitch - when called upon got back and defended well with John. First game in royal blue - done well.

See tbh he misses some amount of chances & as proved can go long spells without scoring. I know he's young & is good at holding play up play ect. I don't think he's an amazing player yet & if his long term goal is to play in the Premier league then I personally think he needs to up his game.
