TexasGers 96
I thought KT was great today, one of the few highlights. His energy level was good throughout the match and he was back to his old self breaking up play and keeping it simple. He's really starting to turn the corner I feel. I hope you are right, but him and Mcculloch together in the middle do not add much in an attacking sense. They both are stodgy players. Not much guile between them. rfc_no1fan 13
He was outstanding today. He is the real deal, he just has to stay fit.
simon 1,758
He looked much sharper today. McCulloch and Thomson in the middle doesn't really help us in a attacking sense.

MasterD 7,446
Looked better and better in his last few games as well as today, hopefully this is him starting to get back to being a good player
Scott-RFC 308
Loved that tackle on Ross at the end, but he sits and leaves McCulloch as the attacking option which isnt good enough. Need to pick one or the other.

Spot on, I'm delighted that he's starting to find his feet again. I've said this before but he really is a invaluable member of our midfield when he's on form
mark_ni 12
had a good game but i still think he cant play with mcculloch. Our midfield was poor in an attacking sense today. We created next to nothing for any of our strikers.
Gaz52 11,837
Smith/McCoist don't want to drop McCulloch because of his "defensive duties" put it this way, if we want to get back to the way we were in December we need Davis in CM leaving McCulloch or Thomson out, on currrent form the player that should be left out is McCulloch, as Thomsons looking better each game he plays
demise 3,573
Its good to see him back to his good old days, but Big Lee is not the ideal partner for him in the middle.

AGM_72 3,729
Many of us have been saying it for months, he needed time and patience to get back to his best. I still don't think he's there yet, but he's getting better with every game in recent weeks. Also been one of the many saying McCulloch/Thommo doesn't work or help either player play to their best. disgruntled_bear 157
Massive decision has to be made soon, regarding Davis playing in the middle with Thomson if he can manage to keep this level of performance up. But saying that i can see why McCulloch is in the team, it's his leadership qualities. The guy is a born winner and that's why Walter has him in there. Revolt 44
thomsons tackle in the 89th minute is everything i love about him, st mirren could be through on goal if there player gets to the ball and puts in a good ball, and thomson sprints in going right through the ball and player, fucking class, suprirsed the player didnt burst into a pile of dust ^_^

Did well? We were playing a fucking pub team and we could not string 2 passes or get shots on goal. It was a fucking shocking performance today. FlippinEck 3,734
He played well but he needs Davis in the middle with him and they need attacking outlets on the wing like whittaker and novo
Allanger 625
I thought he, like most of our team, was average. He needs more games admittedly but I hope to see a big improvement
mccoist355 4
A definite improvement - impressed me for 75 minutes today BUT... would have liked him - or Big Lee - to step up and press forward for a goal towards the end of the game.
