JamieD 19,076
There's very little Rangers footage in this so move it if it's not Bears Den appropriate (although come on, it's Laudrup) but I was just watching this and the goal at 5:10 is fucking ridiculous The way he traps the ball completely unnecessarily just to make a fool of the last defender

JamieD 19,076
PS, any talk about how he 'didn't do it in Europe' or 'was a ghost in the 10 in a row season' is not welcome. This is the Brian Laudrup appreciation thread. Valid topics of discussion include:Brian's skillsBrian's peerless ability to make the tims shite themselvesBrian's celebration v Brazil at France '98Brian's luxurious hair
trueblueal 2,117
I loved brian laudrup. He was my hero growing up. An amazing player and a genuinely nice guy. Wish there were more like him.

eastlothianbear 28
I loved brian laudrup. He was my hero growing up. An amazing player and a genuinely nice guy. Wish there were more like him.This.The best player we have had in my 20 years on attending, and don't let any tim claim Larson was better. Laudrup was super special and still loves the club. Not a badge kisser, just graft and unbelievable skills. That said his brother was better.
JamieD 19,076
That said his brother was better. In this instance that's no disgrace at all I seem to remember Platini and Cruyff both think Michael was the most talented player ever. Just his mentality held him back.

TBagalag 722
You know you have a special player in your team when teams send out 2 and sometimes 3 players to try and mark him out the game. Even then it wasn't enough. Supreme ability and feel very lucky to have seen him play for us.

Ozblue 4,331
Having watched players with the calibre of Waddell, Hubbard, Henderson, Baxter, Gascoigne, etc! at Rangers, there is no doubt in my mind that Brian Laudrup was on a different level to any player I've seen play for us....and THAT is saying something.
