Edmiston Drive 3,846
My Dad went to Colston, I said he wasn't smart enough to go to High Possil, not stupid enough for Possil Secondary I humped a bird for there, she must be 60 by now, unless dead , she was an absolute darling. Even when you saw her next to you in the morning
Jelle1880 320
Probably because Martin Bain offered you a generous paycut when you were our top goalscorer Spot on.A last good paycheck would have come in it too.I never blamed him for leaving, he's not a Bear, never has been and quite clearly just wanted to earn as much money as possible, which is perfectly understandable. JamieD 19,311
thers more to life than money.Have you ever accepted a large pay cut when you were the employer with the highest level of performance at your place of work?

Sweeney 241
thers more to life than money. The most important thing in life is family. If you were the top performer at your job in the dying years of your working life and had the option to take 8k a week less or go elsewhere and triple your wages you would take the paycut? He has a family to support and i completly stand by his decision. He had absolutley no choice.

Buzz 306
This whole "he has a family to support" argument - surely he can sustain a living for his family even if he did take a huge paycut..But I don't blame him for going. Just think the family thing is a shite argument.
Creampuff 22,628
He didn't deserve the contract he wanted.Giving a 32 year old a 3 year deal on big money is insane - despite 4 months of form.
GersAvA92 53
Bain Although we should have players that want top play for the Gers for whatever amount of money but you don't get that these days.

Raligt 2,541
I don't blame KM to be honest. He was probably playing the best he had in his career and the tan man wanted him to take a big hefty cut. It was either that or near enough triple his wage elsewhere.
