nvager 498
How many chances does he get? He continually struggles. He was a superstar in the making at 15, but now? What happened?
Mr Soprano 13,964
Give him a run of games in front of the midfield and behind the strikers in his preferred role, then make a decision.
Mr Soprano 13,964
Also, needs to lose about 2 stones in weight.
Thermopylae 15,286
Since we don't produce any young players I would assume it's the coaching and the way the players are handled during the crucial late teen years. As I posted a few days ago Barry Ferguson was heading towards the exit when Advocaat arrived and more than 10 years later the same thing is still happening
Clemdog 39,389
He really did have a big chance tonight, and he started well but just faded. Really wish that loan move hadn't fallen through.

cstamomusa 3,809
It's funny, he seems to have played better in some of the bounce games this season, but doesn't do the same for the 1st team. It does seems a lot of the players, that don't get regular games, find it hard to maintain fitness and sharpness.
gunslinger 270
still looks a good player to me. intelligent and great technically.
NorthernLights 2,526
You ask how many chances he's going to get? How many do you think that he has had?As in... really?
trueblue68 2,497
No denying he has the ability he needs an extended run in the team though.
TerryTibbs 224
Definitely wouldn't be against him getting a run in the team at the momentDint think he did too bad against Hamburg, just needs match fitnessIv noticed glimpses of his swagger returning recently
Thermopylae 15,286
we produce plenty of youngsters.Yes but do any of them go on to be established first team players ... it's not as if we even play in a particularly good league
DarcheVinny 1,003
He needs to focus on his career, not his social life.

MikeBlue 136
No denying he has the ability he needs an extended run in the team though.Really? Surely there's plenty of doubt that he has the ability?Fleck has done nothing in his senior career so far to suggest he has what it takes. There is a real possibilty that he was just mature compared to his peer group as a junior and this gave an impression that he was better than he is
Creampuff 22,628
How many chances does he get?!How many chances has he had?Feel sorry for Fleck, he hasn't done himself many favours with being a bit of a big time Charlie off the park, but he's never had a real chance on it. Dunny_01 2,007
Im missing something with wee Fleck, i dont see any talent i see a very ordinary young boy??? Only thing i ever seen him do anything was at the youth cup final, hes broke in the first team and he looks a nothing player.I have heard he and jelsvic play together in training and he shows up amazing, looks great but for me ive seen nuthin!! MasterD 7,435
I find it hard to judge him on what times I've seen him in the 1st team. While we play a defensive type of football we will never see what Fleck can do.
mattymckayloyal 1
I think he needs to go out on loan somewhere where he will get a regular game... Arsenal sent Jack Wilshire out on loan to Bolton and it was the making of him.
ORCHARD LOYAL 119
I have to say watching the game last night that I was willing for hom to do well. Out of all the players on the park, he was the one that I wanted to show up the most. Perhaps the lad is trying too hard but the truth is, that he had a shocker. Give the ball away so many times, shirked the tackles and was brushed aside far too easy. The game passed him by as it did with Matt McKay. Kyle Bartley was a mile off the pace and Alexander was again cupable for the lost of a goal. Thats why McGregor is No1.
Adoniram 1,919
I have been an advocate of playing him just off the front one or two but after last night i have to say his attitude, physique and general all round lazy play has convinced me it's time to show him the door.If that was him trying to impress the manager then he will not have a career in professional football let alone at Rangers. That was one of the laziest and most disgraceful displays i have seen from one of our players in a long long time.Just looked totally disinterested and fed up.Time to cut our losses in January and move him on. His attitude last night was a disgrace.
Puff candy 22
He has been about the first team for three years and has done nothing not a thing , he's like a wee lost boy out there and its time to move him on .The more I see him the worse he gets . Gid 46
I've not seen last night's game so can't comment on that but surely the boy needs a run in the team. Give him 5/6 games playing behind Jela and see how he fares. If he doesn't do the business then get rid.I can't help but feel we could be looking at another Charlie Adam scenario if we offload him now without giving him a decent run.
