Septic reject £6 million for Ki Sung-Yueng

Recommended Posts

He could end up having an absolute blinder next season and people would be saying yes.

Well at least that's not hypothetical in the slightest !!

My question was " DO YOU " honestly believe he has the ability to play at the same level as those other guys ?

The answers no by the way .

something iv noticed in the daily rebel recently, every single day in the sports section, the 'crisis at rangers' is plastered all over it, and ra sellik are after somebody for £5m - £8m...... Liewell is obviously trying to rub our noses in it... but have they actually signed anyone yet?

It's disgusting that they can afford to pay £2 million for shite like Forster while were in this mess. Just want to skip say 5 years into the future when all this uncertainty is gone.

That’s not really the point though.

I welcome Brendan and Mary getting 6M for Ki.

Because this dispels the myth that we should only be asking for minimal prices for our players simply because they play in the SPL.

The questions isn’t how the Tims are getting so much for their players. It’s why we have always got so little for ours?

Jelavic should have went for 10-12M. People (including many Bears) tend to laugh down prices for our own players… ‘oh we’ll never get that’

We were obviously in a very difficult financial situation and we were probably exploited by many clubs – knowing we would have no option but to take the lowest price.

Now when we’re debt free, none of our tops stars should be going for anything less than 8M.

Newsflash - they haven't got 6 mill yet. celtic pr machine i reckon

Bayer Leverkusen and Werder Bremen are both interested in Celtic ace Ki Sung-yuneg, his agents have confirmed.

A host of clubs are being linked with the Korean, who has emerged as one of the SPL's best players since his move to Scotland in 2009.
