TheBluenose1972 1,405
Over the past year we've been used, abused, kicked, spat on and chastised in the name of "Sporting Integrity" or "Because We Don't Like You" or "Boredum".This is all a result as the failing of Craig Whyte to keep us from administration and the subsequent liquidation of the oldco that owned Rangers Football Club. When you really consider it, it's clear that there was a plan in place, and that there was only one man who ruined it. Everything that's happened was due to the actions of one man, and that one man alone must be blamed for the administration and liquidation of the old company and the subsequent demotion of Rangers Football Club.Steven Whittaker. The plan was simple, Whyte buys the club from Murray, runs us on the Champions League money, and sells us for a profit next season with us free of the burden of Lloyds Banking Group, and better off than we were under Minty.Everything was going okay, then this happened. What a selfish, moronic, infuriatingly daft thing to do.Whittaker ruined the plan by costing us our place in the Champions League. This led to Whyte running us using tax money. Had we qualified, he'd have run us from the Champions League money - no winding up order for that!So thanks, Whittaker, your many fuck ups have come back to haunt this club.McCoist gave this clown 20k a week as well
S1lv3r 274
Murray was to blame, pure and simple.White was his way of 'getting it done'.We'll just have to get this licence from the corrupt english run sfa and get to winning 3,2 +1 then get back to showing that shower of rhats how it's done. You could add him in.That said, Whyte is the real culprit of this clusterfuck, which Murray effectively sanctioned after years of getting away with it. Turnberry18 3,204
Ludicrous suggestion. If one player getting sent off in a CL, where his team are knocked out, puts his club into either Administration or Liquidation then why is it not happening more often. No, two men are responsible for this; and none of them are Whittaker.

Also he got £24m from Ticketus, £15m from season tickets paid o £18m to Lloyds, face it there is money missing. Whyte had no intention of running the club correctly. saintbob1969 1,517
The one man is a certain steel magnate who never once put his hand in his own pocket, a man named Murray who used our club as leverage to hoodwink the banks and finally drop us right into this ocean of shite. No-one should come close to the blame he should shoulder.
