You take online forums too serious, relax and take a break from they keyboard FFS.

Eh, pardon? It's this type of shite that leads to some fans getting angry at other bears and ends up blogs like this which you obviously disapprove of and its probably the type of comment which makes Green think he can call our club "Charles Green's Rangers". Charles Green, CEO of Rangers for 8/9 months? He is not my "leader" and this is not his Rangers.

You take Charles Green to serious relax and gie him a break FFS.

And when has Charles Green ever said it's his Rangers? I'm pretty sure he says it's not his it's the fans and that one man should never own us again.

said it in the telegraph or something last week:

Rangers chief executive Charles Green revealed that he intends to hand out life bans not only to supporters found guilty of singing sectarian songs but also to any fans in the immediate vicinity who fail to either silence or shop the offenders.

Green adopted the hardline stance on the day that Rangers announced to the Stock Exchange their results for the second half of 2012, during which they posted losses of £7 million.

They also revalued Ibrox Stadium and Murray Park at £40 million and the “intangibles” – the goodwill and history – at £19 million. Liquidators BDO will have noted that Green’s consortium paid administrators Duff & Phelps only £5.5 million for those assets last year.

Manager Ally McCoist claimed at the weekend that Rangers could not become a global brand until they managed to get rid of the bigots who had attached themselves to the club and Green concurs.

“Sectarianism, or any form of race or religious discrimination, is not acceptable in any way shape or form, not in the work place, not in a football stadium,” he said.

“I know Rangers have made great strides, but my position is very clear on it: anybody who is identified will be banned for life. There will be no appeals and nobody will be let off.

“What I also said at the meeting [with supporters] is that if you’re stood next to the man [and] you are not seen to be policing that, ie putting your hand up and saying, ‘Arrest my best mate because of his sectarian chanting’ I’m going to ban you as well. I feel so strongly about it.

“This is something that we can stamp out, something that we can deal with and it has not place in society and definitely not in Charles Green’s Rangers.

“We’ve had a fantastic year, we’ve made lots of friends and for it to be spoiled by a mindless few is ridiculous.”

Why do people only read what they want to when it comes to green, what have you done considering the obvious hatred to stop green being the bad man other than smear campaigns on a forum.

Opinions or not i can't stand the insinuations that Green has tricked people into approving of selling the naming rights. Everyone makes their own mind up through their own thoughts, it just comes across as bitterness because most supporters don't agree with you on the issue.

Techincaly the company is partly Charles Greens as he helped set it up and owns shares in it, however so did others and many supporters own shares too. The club belongs to The People, of which i hope Charles now feels he belongs too so in a way hes right but hes missed out all the others who also can say Its Our Club.

Ive misread it, my bad.

Still dont see what the big deal is.

If it were Ally or Walter saying the same about supporters and calling it "my Rangers" no-one would think anything of it.

I don't think they'd be so arrogant so say something like that. But lets pretend they did, it would be a little more acceptable don't you think?

Please don't compare Ally McCoist, our top goalscorer ever, or Walter Smith, one of our best ever managers, to Charles Green, a CEO for 8/9 months.

You can debate that point yes, however, it's inaccurate to describe them as lies unless he categorically stated they were happening or stated an exact time that they would start.

grow up lies are lies, and Charles green has told quite a few. Doesn't mean I want to hound him out the club either, but don't see any reason why I have to lie for him and kid on he hasn't told some whoppers to encourage us to give him our cash.

Ideas are not lies, accept it.

Well you need to open your eyes a bit.

This is a forum for Rangers supporters - shall I give you the dictionary definition of supporter?

could you please post that definition in some of the anti ally threads especially ' ally the assassin' 'one!

I read that as in it's not happening while he's at Rangers.

Nothing to get our knickers in a twist about anyway, I'm sure we've all referred to Rangers as 'my club' before.

The Union Bears really have a bee in their bonnet with regards to Green.

The Union Bears? Sorry, why are they being brought up?

That blog has nothing to do with UB, its not a UB member.

If its to do with me, it's my personal view.

How do you know? Were they questions not nicked off a bheast site?

I believe those questions originated on FF, from a well known poster. I'm not 100% sure, but I think that's the case.

Since1872 is a Rangers fan, and we don't ban Rangers fans for not agreeing with the 'party line.' Mainly because we don't have a party line, we're a forum. All genuine opinions from Rangers fans are welcomed. Even when they're wrong! :D

Apologies, I assumed due to all the pictures around the blog that he is a Union Bear and I thought that was said when his last blog was posted.
