Newcastle with Joe Kinnear

Recommended Posts

Apparently he's told Pardew he'll be having the final say on transfers.

It has now been confirmed that Kinnear has returned to NU. If it is true that he will have a final say on transfers there may be a good case for Pardew to hit them with a constructive dismissal suit if things turn sour. I really don't see this working out.

This is absolutely mental!

I mean, Newcastle had a poor season last year but a couple of decent signings and their January signings will have had time to settle and gel and they might actually have had another decent season under Pardew!

Joe Kinnear is an absolute fud. What happens when Pardew goes? Glenn Roeder returns? Or will they just give the job to Kinnear so he can successfully relegate them.

More comedy gold from big Joe today:

"I've been a manager for 35 years. I've been 'Manager of the Year'. I've won every award there is in football as a player.

"I think all those qualities put me head and shoulders above every other director of football."
