Aye, mitigated prison sentence applied instead of a more traditional prison sentence which would have meant out in 2.5 years. So it'll be 10 months in jail followed by other forms of punishment for the rest of the 5 years (possibly house arrest, possibly community service), according to legal guy on the telly. He probably won't be able to compete for 5 years.
