one55 1,510
Shit, he's even included in the England game. Well done, Lewis! We're gonna struggle to hold on to him.

Number6 232
Very happy for him, this will give him an idea of the level he'll need to reach to get into the first team and to be an outstanding performer in the Scottish Premiership. The Educator 1,572
In normal circumstances I'd say well done lad. The only reservations I have about this is the chance that he'll either get an injury in training from one of the c****c minded players in the squad or from one of the like minded players from the ROI squad if he gets played against them. I'd much rather he was concentrating on the Rangers than having that gob shite Strachan trying to fill his head with how many more caps he'd get if he left and went to the EPL or Championship. Pretty sure they tried the same thing with Wallace and then dropped him when he wouldn't consider a move.

Falcoholic 1,348
Really pleased for the young guy and it's well deserved but he will get booed to f**k when he takes to the field, I have no doubt. Which is why I will never ever be back at a Scotland match.Good luck to young Lewis though.
GOAT 30,449
I know it's most players dreams to play for their country, but if I was Lewis, I'd tell them to go and take two fucks to themselves.Just another excuse for injuries in an important season. AlBear. 8,499
Never doubted him. He'll be a Scotland regular for the next 12-14 years.
trueblueal 2,117
I see Sky are still reporting as if Lewis were a striker, listing him with the forwards and quoting his scoring stats. Getting capped should raise his profile and value.
LegendofCoop 17,478
Well done Lewis!! All your hard work & determination has paid off.Hopefully can get 45 mins against England, and a chance to impress.
Inigo 32,674
Very well done, Lewis! However, it makes me even more confused as to why Wallace is routinely overlooked.
AlBear. 8,499
Can remind yourselves of his 15 Rangers goals in his 70 appearances.http://www.rangers.co.uk/news/rangerstv/item/7993-goals-lewis-macleod

It's only because no one on here will say a bad word about him that it seems strange.
ElHadjiDiouf 2
Delighted for him, excellent player for his age. Hopefully this doesn't attract too many clubs from England wanting him but I think the way he is playing it's inevitable that clubs will be snooping around soon. trueblueal 2,117
Hope we have a hefty sell on clause inserted in his contract. We need to hold onto him from a year or two and his value will rocket if he keeps progressing
Rangers Lady 2,380
Good Rangers lad playing in any capacity under strachan is brutal.
Shuggy 1,308
Goals against Celtic and England would give Lewis a season to remember.
PromDeAnglais 5,689
Good Rangers lad playing in any capacity under strachan is brutal.Sorry but I totally disagree. I think he'll pick up more in training in a few days with the national squad than he would under Ally in a few weeks. Strachans got this team playing really well considering our shortage of natural talent. One of the very few managers (if any) I didn't dispise at them. It's only because no one on here will say a bad word about him that it seems strange.Agreed mate...Wallace can do no wrong, in fact he's been a passenger in a lot of games this season. One of the players who has degressed as footballer in the last couple of seasons.

Inigo 32,674
Coz he's been pish since January. It's only because no one on here will say a bad word about him that it seems strange.Nonsense. He's not been quite as effective as he was, but he's still been good. He certainly hasn't been pish. He's well worthy of a place in the Scotland squad, especially when Whittaker is playing in his position, who is a regular bomb scare for this day for Scotland.
