norgerpd 280
Trying desperately to find a position for him is equally as wrong. People need to accept there is no place for him in our future, anywhere. As long as he's got no input whatsoever in picking the team, tactics, player recruitment etc I don't mind him appearing at Ibrox on match day. He's the perfect meet and greet guy. He is really good at hand-shaking and grinning.

He is really good at hand-shaking and grinning.I don't think he is the type to do meet and greet on a matchday to be honest. He is probably well above that and too rich to make that sort of effort. Best going back to TV work or just enjoy the rest of days with all the money he has amassed over the years. I don't want him anywhere near the club in any capacity. Trooblue 2,016
The fact that this is even being considered as a possibility is deeply depressing.
B1872 21,923
Pretty sure that this will be the setup. Someone on Twitter was punting around the name Gary Neville, which obviously wont ever happen in a million years - but nonetheless would be a class appointment IMO.Pretty sure Gary Neville has a soft spot for us! We really need someone and quick. This McDowall chap doesn't want to be here. King and co have known for months they were getting in so it's pretty gutting they don't have people lined up. Scouts, coaches, manager.

foghorn leghorn 608
Now the old thieving board has been ousted and not drawing money from the coffers, is it not time Ally thought about doing the same? By not taking £750,000 from Rangers coffers it would help the club's finances and give him some credit. Now is the time Ally because you certainly don't need the money, but our great club does and prove you're a true blue legend.

He may find if there is no immediate replacement of the manager that there will be no immediate replacement of season tickets come next season.
