It makes me think of some Arsenal(colour aside) and Portsmouth tops of the not so distant past.I suppose we should be grateful that some obsessed scummy hasn't at some point wangled their way into the design process to fuck us over, given the propensity for the pests come out the woodwork in certain areas. It would be good to pay homage to the fans groups who did their bit to save us from oblivion.Maybe even the goalkeeper top. Something like this would be a fitting tribute. WadeWilson 4,670 Posted April 15, 2015 Share Posted April 15, 2015 The people on this thread asking for simplicity are bang on.The crest we have is such an iconic design in itself and is instantly recognisable... and no doubt instills fear into many a rival fan's heart.It is also quite an intricate design and I am starting to feel more and more that the stars (in a design sense) cheapen our crest. We can use it on training gear and the likes or even incorporate it into another area of the shirt like the back of the collar (on the outside) or down the seam as was done in 2012.
