Bluepeter9 5,167
I've also received a copy of an internal letter from Erskine...which was nice. I'm definitely getting saft - that made me 'emotional' great work GB - superb leadership! Bears r us
Bluepeter9 5,167
I had to tot up the figures for someone yesterday, and it turns out that together we've spent just under £10,000 on Erskine in the last two years. - and that's excluding all the memorabilia we've collected, and excluding the donations from other groups, such as Specialized Security (Falkirk Wheel trip) and Rangers FC (2 free season tickets, and a few wheelchair tickets)Just A1 ! govanblue 16,847
So we've now begun the transition from Season 14/15 to Season 15/16I've got lots of various steps to do, Step one - All Fund memberships have now expired, and Season 15/16 Membership will commence soon.Step TwoThank you to everyone who donated to the Sponsors' Fund and/or the Erskine Lunch Fund in season 2014/15.In total, there were 201 members who donated throughout the season to the two funds. Some of those members have have since been banned, left the site, changed their username, etc etc, but that doesn't affect their place in our Hall of Fame. All members who donated last season, please check the list below, and make sure that your name's on it, and that I've got your username right. My merging of the two lists was a bit slapdash, and I might have made some ommisions. So please double check that you're on the list. govanblue 16,847
We've now booked the Loch Katrine Boat Trip for 12 people for Tuesday 7th July. Many thanks to The Steamship Sir Walter Scott Limited who have given us an excellent discount! Instead of £12.50 per person, it will only be £8 per person. So that'll be £96.Erskine have just got back to me and have had a change of mind...They've thought about what I said, and they now agree that a wee dram (or tipple of choice) would indeed help the Veterans enjoy the cruise that little bit more. So I've told them to go ahead and buy everyone a drink, and we'll square them up later. Should be no more than £50. Bears r us
