Said ages ago Aird is a better RB than he is a RM. seems Warburton reads RM

Watch this as he has a howler

Never thought it was that outlandish an idea.

He'd definitely need intense work on his defending and awareness.

Aird as a RB. Maybe he wants to try him in that role doing the same on the right as Wallace does on the left. He'll have to improve his crossing though, but maybe MW will modify it so he just comes to over the half way line fast, then pass it on to a more forward midfielder.

We'll see how that goes then no doubt.

But he can't cross a ball when he bombs up.

His crosses were always from deep when played RM, mainly because he doesn't have the trickery of a McKay/Temps/Walsh etc to get by a player, if he's slipped in, high up the park, on the odd occasion it happens, I think his delivery isn't that bad.

If he works on the timing of his runs from deep and his defensive awareness he'd be a good option

13' - Lovely passing move from Rangers sees Templeton feed Clark but he skews his shot wide of the target.

Crickey! don't tell me we're going to get up the field only to miss the target constantly. Just keep at it guys, we're bound to score sometime in this match.
