soulboy 2,530 Posted August 17, 2015 Share Posted August 17, 2015 Just as a matter of interest what is the record for goals in one season in all competitions does anyone know ? if we managed good cup runs in all 3 cups we could play around 50 games this season averaging 4 goals a game which we are on just now our total could be mind boggling. Rain, snow, dodgy refs, sending offs, injuries and all sorts of bad luck would stop the winning run before you even get on to just bad performances (which will happen).There's no point even thinking about the whole no losses/100% thing. A cup would be a very big bonus but a target of 100% wins is completely stupid, no club in the world would set that as a target, you’d only set something like that for a rival club that you want to fail.
