An email has been sent to 10 Downing Street and an answer was received to day saying that it had been passed over to the right department. Not holding my breath as tried before and got no where but it was worth an other try.

Thanks for the £20 donation mate  but it was only right that I put in £10 as well, it was a morning of banter with @piperpete and a good fun when you entered the discussion just before the kick off at Ross C.

All that matters with this thread is getting young Joshua the treatment he deserves.
