bombaybadboy08 15,660
About time that shithole was closed for a European match, and I don't mean after Christmas like it normally is.
cr3_bear 14,882
If a crisp packet had blown onto the field at ibrox the media would have been demanding the closure of ibrox and a return to capital punishment yet not one will have the balls to come out and mention the fact that shit was thrown at one of the planets top players in our country . It's emberassing , journalist probably all to busy tugging each other off to pictures of the shitey light display they carried out for whatever reason
Gman36 3,456
They were absolutely classless on all fronts last night. Just proved how far off the big clubs they actually are. -booing barca when they had the ball (obviously this was happening a fair bit) -ironic applause when a barca player made the odd mistake -pelting neymar with projectiles -the players lunging into messi with dangerous tackles If we'd have done all of that it would have been the main focus of the post game coverage. Valdes must have a thing for Britain as he named the atmosphere at Ibrox for a Champions League game in 2011 as the most intimidating he has experienced. He said: “The most intimidating stadium I have played in was when we played Rangers. There must be something about the city of Glasgow because they made so much noise. Normally as a goalkeeper you block out the noise of the fans but the noise they made that night was impossible to ignore.”
