Aye he did that. His overall contribution can't be faulted, I just like my centre forwards actually scoring from time to time.

He was through twice tonight but waggy was being greedy as fek and didn't pass because he wanted his third.

To counter this it could be said that waghorn didn't pass because he seen it was garner and thought he had a better chance of scoring ....

That pass apart, I thought this was his least effective performance in the last few games.

Ebberdeen & Hertz, he won everything in the air, with most falling for an onrushing Ranger. Happy days.

Lost most in the air tonight, those he did went nowhere in particular.

His most notable contribution was the touch he didn't get, otherwise Holty wouldn't have been able to put in that great cross for the opener.

Lucky to get away with the earlier elbow, his daft wee kick late on, albeit soft, would have converted to a red.

5 yellows.

3 goals.

Needs to start turning those stats around.

Fair point. Strikers should score goals/scare opposition defences/set goals up/distract defenders at the right time.

Joe has succeded in all but one of those so far. I have every confidence he will score for fun when he settles in though.
