In terms of minutes played to assists created I believe there was a stat going round with him having one of the best, if not the best ratios. Moody Blue 9,564 Posted August 7, 2017 Share Posted August 7, 2017 They tightened up their right side yesterday to combat him, just like we did when Tav came on for Hodson. That's why he quietened in the second half but that's where our other attacking midfielders need to step up. I'll be happy if he plays like that regularly. If THAT run had ended in a goal it would've been one of the best individual goals we'd seen from any of our players in a long time so he deserves credit for his performance. Defensively he is woeful and almost similar to Kranjcar in the sense he becomes a passenger, however Niko has much more technical ability.
