Was there broadcasting strike on when this match was played, I was at it

but sadly there's no footage of it

10th Sept. 1977

I don't know but I was at the game as well.  From what I remember 2 down at half time but I was still upbeat about getting at least a draw.  Turned out even better with the win.

We were the better team that day and I couldn't believe it when we went in 2-0 down at half-time, the second half was one of the best I've witnessed

Yes, a game etched on my memory for the turn around in the second half. A great day on the big old terrace.

Was at that one and what a good Rangers side that was.

Amazing similarity between Doddie’s goal and Arfield’s last weekend. Not nearly enough movement like this in the team at the moment.

Enjoyed seeing that again.

I walked along Haggs Road to games back in the day and the pub on the left (Ibrox House) was ideal for a quick pint before going in to the game. Esso garage now 😩

It was Satellite City for a while wasn't it? I remember years ago going in for a pint after walking down for tickets and enjoying it

Had a few names usually because it got known for trouble and reckoned a new name was the answer!

Those were the days when a new star signing was Joe Mason or Cammy Fraser
