Niko put in one if the worst OF performances I can remember, was hiding the whole game and never chased the ball once, he did as much on the bench as he did on the pitch

I dread to think what we are paying Alves. Shat it and I hope he's gone in January because he doesn't deserve his reputation 

Was glad Alves went off and I think criticisms have to be made of Murty for leaving Kranjcar on the pitch for so long. We were practically playing with 10 men, and I'm not exagerrating when I say I think we could have won if he'd been replaced earlier in the game

Well, when I see a guy using crutches I don't usually have to ask for independent verification that they're injured.

However, RM have unanimously decided that he's actually just kidding on that he's injured, with the crutches being a prop in his big ruse.

Kranjcar is finished but why didnt Murty sub him before he did. Alves just seems to be injured more than he is fit. Any niggling injury puts him out for weeks. Time for others to take their place.

You may well be right, depends how much you believe in coincidences, or not, ( and that's not a dig).  But as I said yesterday he's probably a luxury we can't afford, considering his performances.  For me he has never shown himself to be a dominant centre half and although some have posted that he talks to the younger players during the game, I don't think he's shown himself to be a leader. As for Niko, if Barjonas had taken his place we'd have had another combative midfielder in there.  Niko was anonymous unfortunately, had it all once upon a time, has nothing to offer now.
