Vodafone is the absolute worst for having their customer service lines hooked up to some cunt from irans house phone

Sky Customer Service has a centre in Glasgow. My niece worked there for a while. They used to be based in Edmiston House (years ago) but moved near the SECC.

Probably still wouldn't know who Andy Walker is though.

phoning them up or sending them a strongly worded email is going to do nothing. it's not going to go through to a higher up it'll be left for a customer service rep to deal with it. they'll file it and that's that. it'll be tucked away and not a shit will be given about it. 

the best way to get through to these companies is to either a) kick up a shit storm on social media. they won't want to look bad and they will be more interested in listening to you so they can just get you to keep quiet. b) stop giving them money because money talks. phone them up and tell them you are cancelling/moving to another provider. make sure that you tell them why you are leaving. so not only are they losing money they will know exactly what they need to do in order to try get that money back.
