KeyserSoze 14,544
Generally accepted as up there with the world’s best players in the late 80’s early 90’s. if his son keeps developing the way he is and has even half his talent then we’ve got some player in our hands. EMRFC 4,780
I mean I wouldn’t say he was the best in the world, players like van Basten and Matthaus were about. But yes hopefully his son keeps improving 👍🏻

ayro 3,001
Brilliant player, fortunate enough to see him at Ibrox when he played for Steaua probably too young to appreciate it at the time but would put him on the same level as Mendieta, Prosinecki etc. for great performances at Ibrox. Essandoh 21,208
Said it to my brother, when you watch videos of him, Roberto Carlos and Adriano they hit the ball so hard that the footage looks doctored It is unbelievable how hard they kicked a football Straight-Edge-Loyal and KeyserSoze

bluenoz 30,837
Ianis is one the best two-footed players I have ever seen in recent times. But Gheorghe's left boot was like a wand. I don't think Ianis will ever reach his father's heights and that is not a slight on him. Gheorghe Hagi was a pleasure to watch. ayrshireranger

Sunglasses Ron 2,468
Gheorghe was some player in his day but we managed to keep him quiet this night. Featuring that famous Souness tackle MisterC and ayrshireranger

peter huistra 1,740
Definitely up there with the best, especially his performance at the world cup in 94. Loved watching him and Stoichkov, always expected a moment of brilliance when they were on the park. richles1872
