He should be nowhere near the opposition box going forward. Outwith his goal the other week he's a wasted player, playing in a advanced role. DrLaudrup 4,716 Posted February 5, 2023 Share Posted February 5, 2023 Personally i'd rather see him in an 8 role as opposed to a 6. Our current central midfielders are too negative and / or no longer have the fitness to drive at the opposition. Lundstram, Jack and Kamara always sit deep. Most of our attacking play uses the flanks. We seem to struggle to convert defence to attack centrally and the sideways or backwards passing is frustrating. Raskin seems to seek the ball and be positive so he'd be better slightly further forward for me and I think he can add a lot there.
