rfc_no1fan 13
I may get pelters for this but... I would take Maloney. He's skillful, creative, has a mean free kick, he's pacy, and he can score. He is also not a tim, despite playing for them. You slate Cuellar for going to Villa. But you would take a Villa player that can't get a regular 1st team start Yeah, Villa are a small club, but we'll sign their rejects and give them inflated contracts

MikeBlue 136
Maloney's a better attacking mid than any of the established midfielders at the club, including Ferguson who doesn't suit the role. Plus he's far better at taking free kicks than anyone in the squad. And Smith will at least play him, unlike Furman or Fleck. We are in a huge hole right now and all that matters is getting some players in who will improve our chances of getting the title off Celtic. I don't give a flying f*ck who he used to play for. But by all means hold out for Arshavin....

So Cardiff are eejits for wanting a Rangers player who can't get a start? Who knows why Maloney hasn't worked out down there. I don't. But he was very good for the tims, unfortunately. ricksen_da_best 2,034
Rangers football club is a joke.. Does Walter Smith actually think about signings before he signs them? A under 11 coach could manager Rangers and sign better players.. We are a fukin joke.. When was the last time we scouted a player? I highly doubt theirs been one player scouted, that we havent played against.

The Hammer 11 2,585
If walter and SDM murray were smart which they clearly arent they would wait till the heats died down before they sign him as hes allready pissed us off with miller going out of europe and selling cuellar so it would be idiotic to give us more reason to hate him for signing an ex tic even if he is a skilled player

Cardiff wanted Boyd cause he scores goals end off! Maloney cant get a game cause he's been poor I just think it's abit weird you slate a player going to Villa, but you'll take one of their Reserves
Mike Newells Sexist Army 2
If we are talking about Villa rejects I'd take Zat Knight no way he is gonna get a game now.....quality cb Zat Knight is rubbish imo Ask a Villa or Fulham fan, he's fucking rank. Right up there with Titus Bramble for looking half decent for 60 minutes then doing something incredibly stupid and costing his team the game. Steely 58
I would take him. He is a better midfielder than what we have at the minute, and would be an improvvment on the team. I don;t really care who he played for in the past. I only care about Rangers' improvement and IMO he would improve Rangers
