On the other hand lose the cup final and he must be under a fair bit of pressure

Certainly won't be easy, Dortmund have chosen a very good time to geth their shit.together after being decimated by imjuries for most of the chosen. Beat them 3-0 at the Allianz a few weeks back as well.

Worth remembering Dortmund were unlucky to lose to Real in the end yet Bayern have got nowhere near

He's a spectacular player, and he's scored some absolute scorchers, but Ronaldo's freekick record is shocking compared to most who are considered threats from that distance.

Misses too many considering he takes almost every Real free kick and often shoots from ridiculous distances angles and distances. I don't think he's on Pirlo's level as a free kick specialist.

Still a phenomenal player mind

How good was Modric tonight btw? Intact not just tonight, but the season in general? Thought he was overrated at Spurs, but no matter what you thought of him then, he was a complete flop last season. He's far surpassed anything like he's been his entire career. His passing is class, link up play brilliant and even putting in decent tackles these days. One of their key players this year.

Most improved player this season in Europe for me. At least from what I've seen.

Mkhitaryan must still be seeing that miss in his sleep. Alonso should have been off as well.

I'll be interested to see how they cope next season without Lewandowski.

Pep Guardiola's tactics are fucking crap. Pass, pass, pass. Don't shoot, don't run with the ball, don't ever punt it, don't cross the ball in to the box. Just pass. Forbids his players to hit shots, Robben hit a shot tonight which went just past the post and was one of Bayern's closest chances in the game, and you saw Pep on the bench cracking up with him. His philosophy - go and pass the ball around the other team, and walk the ball in to the net. If the opposition let you do this, you win. If they don't, you're fucked. Raging having watched that game as a complete neutral that Bayern didn't make more of a game of it, fuck knows what I'd feel like if that were my team that gave that pathetic performance
