He plans to sell his Premier Division winners medal he won with Rangers during the 1989-90 season – during the nine-in-a-row era – in a bid to raise cash to go towards a lung transplant for Matias.

The youngster’s uncle has launched an online crowdfunding campaign to help raise cash for the vital operation and Mo wants to help after previously coaching Matias while in The States.

Would be good if the club bought it and displayed it in the trophy room, or held on to it until the long awaited museum comes along.

I think its a shame we don't have something like the David France collection.

Great idea, and well done Mo.

A class striker as well a gentleman for putting his medal up for sale for a good cause.

Imgine if we’d had a Mo and Ally partnership from the mid 80s.

MoJo signed just before I was born but I've watched a lot of old tapes of my Dad's and obviously youtube and their partnership in that 89/90 season looked incredible.

So your Dad's not Graeme Souness then.

He preferred Hateley with Johnston. Both were better players at that time than (insert insult here) McCoist, to be fair.
