I think we will be pumped up for this, guys like Law have spoken about how much of a shock the fan reaction was to the first tie and after clinching the title i think we will be much more up for tonight and taking Albion Rovers more seriously.

Aird has started every game for the last 10+ matches so he is now a first team regular, good for Ally on that score but Crawford while im glad he gets a game has also been in and around the first team for a while and Clark isn't a youth player he's a young first team signing. We want to see the stars of the U20s get games Stoney, Gasparotto, Gallacher, Halkett, Dykes, Murdoch, Ramsey ect because we need these kids more than ever next season yet if Ally wont trust them in the most meaningless match of the season with the most important match yet just over 48hrs away then when will he trust them? We wont see most of these lads while Allys manager i fear and this even sours Wed night a bit for me now.

Job done.
Berwick were very disciplined first half, with two banks of four making it difficult to play through, but I felt we worked hard and played the ball about well without much luck. Also some sloppy moments but with the amount of control we had, Berwick didn't have a shot til around the 40th minute I think, it's hardly surprising an air of complacent arrogance set into the players.
Second half we carried on our energetic pressing and the introduction of McKay was a masterstroke with an instant impact. Young Barrie took his chance well and despite some unsure of Crawford's technical ability it was a quality pin point cross to Little who took his header well unmarked 10 yards out.
Special mention for Lewis Macleod. He was everywhere tonight. Got forward quickly, got back and defended strongly. His through ball to Little, whose effort was cleared off the line, in the first half was sublime. Another commanding and imperious performance from the 19 year old that is fast becoming his trademark. What a player he is and will be. His greatest trait, for me, is if you watch him his head never stops twisting and turning. He is always looking over his shoulder and mapping out the pitch in his mind, a mark of a very accomplished player.
Through to the QF which is the most important thing and a chance at revenge against QOS. Also we now only have one game left under the draconian restrictions imposed on us, onwards and upwards.

Yeah, I'm hoping they won't be anywhere near our goal, not until we're well in front and secured the game.

Friday Night football could be a hell of a lot of fun. Few beers before the game and loads after cause no work in the morning for a lot of people.

After my prediction of a cricket score at the weekend I will curtail my enthusiasm and predict a 2-1 victory for the Gers in a hard fought game.

I get the feeling that there are 4 or 5 folk on here who are a tad jealous of the fact that Chris has been on the TV. They'll turn any serious debate into a shambles by resorting to personal insults against those who don't wish to accept their one sided views on who should be running the club. That included attacks on Chris when he hasn't posted on a thread. No doubt the same culprits will be demanding that Easdale should be the new chairman as it look like Green has decided to jump before being removed at tonight's meeting.
Just to make one thing clear I have never met Chris Graham or have had any direct contact with him via the web. Like most folk on here I'll agree with some things they post and disagree with other stuff they post.

Aye, it's been a shit week but on the positive side we are all now accountants and commercial law experts.

Don't like our washing aired in public
It was important to get a fans forum but in house and not through the media as it turns into a scrum
Happy to do more of these on a regular basis

Defence is awful but hopefully we attack from the start and keep possession well enough to not have our defence under pressure.
