  1. So that's a reduction from a dozen to zero
  2. Hopefully this is a case of signing his own death warrant
  3. Spot on from Ally, nice to see a bit of anger in there too
  4. Strongly worded, but tbh they shouldn't have to be dealing with this shit storm. They are here to sort out our finances, but instead they are having to deal with shit at every turn, whether it is from the SFA, SPL or other clubs.
  5. http://www.rangers.co.uk/news/football-news/article/2746199 At least they intend to appeal, but if it goes in front of the same individuals then the outcome will essentially be the same
  6. What happens if for example Aluko's contract lapses for a week or two at the end of the season before we are in a position to offer him a new deal, does that technically mean we couldn't resign him or would he still be on a week-to-week contract
  7. Don't think so, all that we can do is resign current players to new contracts and sign new players as long as they are under the age of 18
  8. Is he from the South too or just based there?
  9. I think this might have something to do with it. They can get their money back from Whyte and they know it, a deal with TBK has to be worth it for Ticketus too, otherwise tehy can just walk away and chase Whyte instead. That is by no means certain that they will get all their money back, but it gives them another bargaining chip
  10. Basically saying that he is ready now, contradicting what the admin have said
  11. Seems a little strange. So first he tells everyone what his bid is going to be, then he gives his rival a chance to get a better bid in, he refuses to talk to Whyte or Ticketus (understandable if he is going for a newco, and now we hear that he hasn't talked to the SPL for a week despite saying he would seek assurances from them about sanctions and how this would affect his bid. Almost like he's not that keen on winning.
  12. I think he wants more time because Ticketus tried to shaft him with Ng, so the deal that had been agreed collapsed. Now they are trying to work out a new deal and Ticketus presumably are looking for better terms than the last time. Sadly TBK's lack of cash means that they have to do a deal with Ticketus.
  13. Thats what I thought, but I was reading the same thread over on FF and some people seemed to suggest that a CVA was only really agreeing a payment plan on a reduced debt for a period of time. Was really trying to see if anyone on here could clear it up.
  14. The thing about the entry level being £1000 with the second level being between £1000-£500,000 doesn't make sense. If someone can afford the £1000 then they could just put in the extra £1 and get into the second level.
  15. Obviously we will have the money that we still owe to Ticketus, but aside from that, would we have any other long-term debt after exiting administration via a CVA. As above, does a CVA mean that we have the £10m or so to pay off the debt and that if that figure is for example £50m, then we try to arrange a CVA at 20p in the pound, and if successful we pay off the debt all at once at the agreed figure? Or does the CVA simply reduce our debt and combine it all into "one easy, manageable monthly payment " that we are then left paying off for months/years?
  16. I agree, we are certainly not out of the woods yet, but at least with TBK there is a fighting chance that we will be able to arrange a CVA and continue in our current form, with Miller we were going to be liquidated regardless.
