Following on from from the Gregory Ioannidis article. I was wondering, the fact we are a newco and that as well as the assets transferring, the oldco's "good-will", also transferred to the newco, which I believe includes history, titles etc as one of its main components. Now if Ioannidis is correct that the newco cannot be punished for the sins of the oldco the surely that means that If any titles are to be stripped it should be done to the oldco, however, since that transferred to the newco, then there are no longer any titles to strip? Perhaps a little too simple?
