i totally disagree, sure more tv money would help but the lack of it is not why we are in this state we have been embarrassingly mismanaged, nothing to do with lack of TV money, the men at the top of our club have made a total cunt of our finances, both on and off the park more tv money would just be more money for bain, murray and smith to pish up against a wall, you seen what murray done when advocaat was in charge when we spent big bucks, 80m debt and no european success, no huge sell on values, just a fucking mess for the fans and big eck to pick up the pieces I agree with this. It seems that the 'business' plan has been to rely on blind faith by the fans. The Club appears rudderless and lurching from one botched job to another. I fear that the future on the pitch, for me, has a flavour of the Alex McLeish era, Capucho and Ostenstat et al, teams. I don't believe we can even afford players of that stature, and I am not talking about ability, I mean Capucho was a Portugese international from Porto... what would he cost us now in transfer fees and wages, and would he come knowing the turmoil at the club? I sincerely doubt it... Bad times indeed Yeah, I know, I should have said WORSE than then. I really feel more a general apathy than any thing else. I've had my Season ticket since 1987 and this is the bleakest i've felt.
