Lost my smart card during lockdown, emailed ticket office on Monday for a replacement and got the automated reply, but heard nothing else since, I’m beginning to panic now, does anyone know what’s happening, as there must be a good few in this same position ? No smart answers please, I’m stressed enough 😢

Just watched the bbc highlights program, after the initial incident, it was shown another five times during the highlights, then another five while sitting discussing the incident afterwards , in contrast the elbow on Defoe was shown only once after the initial incident, and not even mentioned afterwards.
Trial by the bbc is certainly working,.

£7 special delivery postage + £1 admin, so as tickets will arrive on time ? The game is 8 days away ? They could easily be posted first class tomorrow and all arrive in plenty time, Is this not why we paid £50 to join My Gers, to get a better ticketing set up etc ?
