I'm going to disagree with you here.
Having watched all of the training videos and all of the player and coach interviews on RTV I think the difference between Gerrard and the previous incumbents is quite stark. He speaks better I think and doesn't use any of the sound bites we have heard previously. His atitude is miles better and he has a level of professionalism that we haven't seen at Ibrox for some years. He is a well respected guy throughout the football world and on that basis I have a load more trust in him than the others.
Of course the proof of the pudding will be in a couple of weeks time but from what I have read, heard and watched it's hard to keep a lid on the enthusiasm.

If the fittest, hardest working player in our team is feeling pushed, then that's a great sign regarding our future fitness.

Glad they are getting pushed harder. But one player who could never be accused of not working hard was Candeias.

They have all  to a man however expressed  a preference for Rangers over that other lot, and  they will be following our results  as a consequence of the 2 signings from them.  They are aware of our journey, and I waste no opportunity in telling them of the corruption that exists within the SPFL..

Nice statement, tbh I would rather he was out and being proactive than sitting behind a desk at the training ground waiting for the players to show up. Its prity obvious that he has been working and planning since he was announced so not being here for the first day "officaly" means nothing. I just hope he can turn us around and back to what we should be, I have more faith in him doing it than murty, pedro or waurburton but thats based on nothing but hope.

I think we will always be welcome.  Its more if we choose to attend and I believe we were one of the last teams to accept this year and left it quite last minute.  We always do well and I see more Rangers shirts than any other club.. Villa a close second.  It's amazing how far our reach is, the Newcastle Jets manager today was a Rangers fan from Scotland! We always have a few players in the Masters too and a Rangers masters won it before (it's not easy, plenty of ex Premium players. The team with Wes Brown, David James, Michael Brown and Lee Hendrie went out in groups today.)
Inside is decent.  It's just so bloody hot!  You can get a beer or jugs of beer, hot dogs, bacon rolls, burgers, pizza etc.  If you can find someone who is a member of the HKFC (hosts) you can get a decent fry up etc beforehand too. But I prefer being down on the pitch.  Also there's activities and games and stuff for kids to do on an adjacent pitch if there is family in tow - bouncy castle, football challenges (beat the goalie, some of those modern training  machines where boards light up for you to pass to etc).  It's definitely a Much Smaller event than the Rugby Sevens which is just a huge party but rugby is shite.
If there's any players etc you want to speak to it's easy as they just wander around. David James was sitting 2 seats along from me for a while today and the Rangers lads were sitting in the food area.
If you want to know anything specific or want any photos etc tomorrow just let me know as I will be back again for the knockouts.

I remember Advocaat saying Rod Wallace would be a brilliant signing for Rangers. At the time I was like no wa,y not a chance..
